2. In-Chat Audio & Video

A concept for how in-chat video could look in Google Hangouts. Because who doesn't HATE the giant-cpu-eating-popout-with-tons-of-features-you-dont-normally-use.

3. Window Switching! (AKA Expose on Mac)

Our Windows friends can Ctrl + Tab between their Windows, but Mac users can’t Cmd + Tab. This is, in my opinion, probably the most frustrating thing about Hangouts. Though I understand that it’s more of a Mac OS X feature than a Chrome thing but I’m confident nothing is impossible! Make hangouts a separate app!
